For shipments within Germany we charge 4.95 € (including VAT) per order. Unless otherwise stated in the description, the item will be delivered within 2 – 4 business days after order confirmation and receipt of payment. Delivery time may vary for international shipping.
Please note that we are not able to deliver on Sundays and public holidays.
If you have ordered items with various delivery times, we will dispatch all items in a joint shipment, unless we have made a different agreement with you. In this case the delivery time is determined according to the item with the longest delivery time you ordered.

All Infinity Arrangements are eligible to ship outside of Germany to the countries listed below. It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure that the item can be legally imported into the destination country. Regulations may prohibit importation of items made with exotic materials. Please note that the customer is responsible for any delays caused by customs processing.
Shipping costs shown at the time of order placement is inclusive of all duties and taxes for the country specified. Any changes to the orders ship to address after the product has shipped may result in additional fees charged by the courier.
All international shipments that are going through customs clearance may have delays and it is up to the customs clearance procedures on how long the package may be held.
